- Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
- Gift Certificate redemption is valid for one time use ONLY; any unused balance of the certificate will not be refunded or credited to future purchases.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- If your order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, you must pay for the balance with a valid credit card.
- Gift Certificates are not valid as payment for prior purchases, pending orders, or Gift Certificates.
- Gift Certificates may be used in conjunction with any other discount but not another gift certificate.
- Tax, shipping and gift wrapping charges can be applied to the total value of the gift certificate.
- TheRidaShoppe.com is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or unauthorized use.
- Gift Certificates are not transferable and cannot be resold or auctioned.
- While redeeming a Gift Certificate it is important to fill in the
Unique Identifier and Claim Code associated with the Gift Certificate.
Both these will be mailed to the recipient of the Gift Certificates
by TheRidashoppe.com.

TheRidaShoppe.com reserves the right to cancel an order or reverse a credit,
or charge customers at any time for any unauthorized, altered or ineligible
use of any gift certificate, or when any order is canceled or a credit
card is declined. Promotions may be canceled or modified at our discretion
or any time due to system error, fraud, or other unforeseen problem.
Paying
by Gift Certificate
You can use an TheRidaShoppe.com Gift Certificate to pay for almost
any item sold by TheRidaShoppe.com.
All you need to redeem your gift certificate is your gift certificate
code number, which will be printed on the certificate.
If you want to redeem your gift certificate when you place a new order,
just add items to your Shopping Cart and place an order via our order
form. You will be asked to enter the gift certificate code on the order
form.
If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your Gift Certificate,
you will be given the opportunity to provide a credit card number to pay
for the balance.

| Exchanges,
Returns and Store Credits |
| Due
to the nature of our products, there are no refunds on items purchased or
shipping fees. However, we will gladly issue a store credit, less a
$5.95 restocking fee per item, within 15 days of initial purchase when they
are returned. Items must be returned in good condition, without
any alterations, to qualify for store credit.
To
return an item, please contact us at exchanges@theridashoppe.com
or 631-738-9066 to receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN), which
will also include shipping instructions. You must have an valid EAN from
us before a store credit can be issued.
For your protection and ours,
it is highly recommended that you use a shipping service (such as UPS
or US Postal Service Priority Mail, for example) that provides you with
a package tracking number.

like new. Or, use a mild soap and machine-wash the garments in cold
water on the gentle cycle, and then hang-dry.
